I offer three different birth preparation courses tailored to your needs:

Individual Couples Course – A personalized course where I address your specific questions and concerns to prepare you optimally for birth.

Small Group Course (German) – In a relaxed setting with a maximum of 6 expectant mothers and their partners, I guide you through birth preparation.

Small Group Course (English) – Designed for international expectant parents, this English-language course also takes place in a small group of up to 6 pregnant women and their companions preparing for birth in Vienna.
The ideal time to take the course is between the 28th and 34th week of pregnancy. This allows enough time to absorb the information, relax, and get ready for your due date.
All courses provide comprehensive, practical preparation for childbirth and the postpartum period.

Individual couples course
Individual Birth Preparation Course (approx. 2 hours) Price: €240 Location: At your home In this personalized course, I will thoroughly prepare you for birth and your first moments with your baby—personalized, concise, and in the comfort of your own home. Prenatal Class (Deutsch)
Birth Preparation in a Small Group (2 × 3 hours on weekends) Price: €250 per couple Location: Glückskind Pediatric Center, Kandlgasse 18/10, 1070 Vienna Dates: Saturday & Sunday, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Minimum: 3 couples | Maximum: 6 couples In a relaxed atmosphere and small group setting, I will thoroughly prepare you and your partner for birth and the time afterward—leaving plenty of space for all your questions and personal topics. Course Content: Late pregnancy & preparing for birth The process of vaginal birth What to expect in the delivery room Pain management options Birth positions and their effects Possible complications and how to handle them (e.g., assisted vaginal birth and cesarean section) The role of the support person—how they can best support you Breastfeeding & the postpartum period—what you need to know for the first days and weeks with your baby Handout with key information & packing list for the delivery room Registration: Simple and easy via the contact form. Prenatal class (English)

In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, I will prepare you for birth and the early days with your baby. Course topics: The final weeks of pregnancy Preparing for labor and delivery What to expect during a physiological birth Pain relief options & how to stay relaxed during labor Birth positions & how your partner can support you Possible complications and C-section scenarios Postpartum recovery & the early days and weeks with your baby Breastfeeding basics & practical tips You’ll receive a handout with all the key information and a packing list for the delivery room—so you feel confident and well-prepared. Pregnancy Group
A space for sharing and connection
Are you pregnant and looking to connect with other women in a similar stage of life?
In my pregnancy group, you'll have the opportunity to meet other expectant mothers from your area in a relaxed atmosphere, make new connections, and exchange experiences on all the big and small topics around pregnancy, birth, and the early days with your baby.

The sessions are facilitated by me, creating space for your questions—whether they're about physical changes, preparing for birth, or life with a newborn.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or you already have experience—you are very welcome!
Registration is required, as spots are limited!

A welcoming space to connect with other parents and exchange experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.
Take the opportunity to ask a midwife your questions on a wide range of topics like breastfeeding, bottle feeding, sleep routines, starting solids, and more – with a baby scale available.

The group is alternately led by Yasmin Taghian and myself.
